Disclaimer The payment mentioned in the Performa invoice is against full and final payment in consideration for the purchase of the vehicle by the customer. Such payment does not include any freight charges. All applicable charges for the export of vehicles to the nearest port of customers shall be payable by the customer separately. The customer shall be responsible for clearing the exported vehicle from the dockyard and customs. The invoice containing the details of the export and its FOB value shall be issued by the company after the customer makes the payment. The TMT Corporation Co., Ltd. shall not under any circumstances be held liable for any loss or damages to the vehicle in transit or at the destination port.
